All Dr. Johnny's products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Our Guarantee

We understand that finding the perfect product can take time. That's why we encourage you to use your new Dr. Johnny's products to ensure they meet your expectations. Wear them, use them, and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit or performance still isn't right, simply contact us for a personal consultation to ensure you get the right product or size before initiating a return.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Products: All Dr. Johnny's products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Consultation: Before returning, we recommend reaching out for a personal fit consultation to find the perfect match.
  • Socks: We understand that socks are a personal item. For hygiene reasons, we request that you only open, wash, and wear one pair if you have ordered multiple pairs. 

Sale Items

For items with a 20% or more discount, you may exchange for another item or store credit. No refunds.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Positive Returns Program

Customers are encouraged to donate their returned Dr. Johnny's socks instead of sending them back to us.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund was approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days to reflect this refund. 
  • Any item that is damaged for reasons not caused by our error, or has passed the 30 day return date may be eligible for a partial refund. This decision will be made at the full discretion of Dr. Johnny's

Important Notice

  • Gift cards are final sale. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product was marked as a gift and was shipped directly to your mailing address, a refund in the form of a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the product was not marked as a gift but was received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the purchaser's original method of payment. 
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to be reflected on your statement. Send us an email at info@drjohnnys.com if you haven't received a refund after 1-2 billing cycles.
