How to measure

Measure the circumference of the ankle at the narrowest part of the ankle (just above the ankle bone).

Measure the circumference of the calf at the widest part of the calf.

Confirm your shoe size.
Other measurement tips
- The majority of people fit into our standard shoe size
- If unsure of size take measurement at the ankle
- Measurements must be taken with the foot flat on the floor and the leg at a right angle to the foot
- Always measure against bare skin
- Take measurements as early as possible for minimal swelling
- Pull tape tight without constriction for the most accurate measurement
- Foot bed - lots of stretch for a comfortable fit
