We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How do I process a return or exchange?
To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at 877-323-1889 or email us at info@drjohnnys.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns and exchanges due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible.
